People came to visit from all corners of Belgium, touched by this happening.  In this way Poverello-centres were opened in other cities, mostly for day-time reception.  There are now centres in Brugge, Gent, Kortrijk, Oostende, Leuven , Tongeren, Tielt, Banneux and Antwerp.
